A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all bookings. 

Final balances are due by the agreed-upon deadline stated in your invoice. 

Late payments may result in delays or cancellations of service.

Scope of Work!!

All services will be delivered as outlined in your invoice or contract. Any additional requests outside of that scope may require a separate quote or incur additional charges.

Outdoor Balloon Installations!!

Balloon installations outdoors can truly enhance your event with their vibrant displays. However, important to keep in mind that direct sunlight, heat, wind, and temperature fluctuations can lead to balloons popping, fading, or oxidizing, particularly with darker colors like black or navy. To ensure your installation looks its best, consider these environmental factors when planning your setup. Enjoy your celebration with beautiful, well-maintained decor.

​Place balloon installations in shaded or sheltered areas to enhance appearance and lifespan. This helps keep your decorations vibrant and visually appealing longer.

Dark-colored balloons are more prone to oxidation and popping outdoors.

​

Indoor installs are strongly advised for hot days or events with unpredictable weather.

Erin & Dean Fraser are not responsible for any damage, deflation, popping, or deterioration of balloon installations after completion and once we leave the event site.
